As I will be going abroad for work, I am subletting my fully furnished, very modern apartment. The period of subletting is 01.11.2024 to 31.10.2025. In principle, I am interested in renting for the entire period. However, shorter periods will also be considered after consultation. The spacious 2-room apartment is in a very quiet and central location in Großsachsen. Despite being in the basement, the apartment is flooded with light. The approximately 66 m² of living space is divided into a kitchen, a modern bathroom, a bedroom with a practical storage room and a beautiful living room. The apartment also has an outdoor seating area. As I only moved into the apartment two years ago, most of the furniture is still as good as new. The apartment is rented fully furnished. Dryer and washing machine as well as internet are also included. Private items and, if desired, decorations will of course be removed. The apartment is centrally located at the Großsachsen train station and the OEG can be reached on foot in just 5 minutes. The cities of Weinheim, Heidelberg and Mannheim are within easy reach. Parking spaces are also available.

Da ich beruflich ins Ausland gehen werde, vermiete ich meine vollmöblierte, sehr moderne Wohnung unter. Der Zeitraum der Untervermietung ist der 01.11.2024 bis 31.10.2025. Grundsätzlich bin ich an einer Vermietung für den kompletten Zeitraum interessiert. Kürzere Zeiträume werden nach Rücksprache aber gerne auch berücksichtigt. Die geräumige 2-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich in sehr ruhiger und zentraler Lage in Großsachsen. Trotz Souterrain ist die Wohnung mit Licht geflutet. Die rund 66 m² Wohnfläche verteilen sich auf eine Küche, einem modernen Bad, einem Schlafzimmer mit praktischer Abstellkammer und einem schönen Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung verfügt ebenso über einen Freisitz. Da ich selbst erst vor zwei Jahren in die Wohnung eingezogen bin, sind die meisten Möbel noch neuwertig. Die Wohnung wird komplett möbliert vermietet. Trockner und Waschmaschine, sowie Internet sind ebenfalls inkludiert. Private Gegenstände und wenn gewünscht auch Deko, werden natürlich entnommen. Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Großsachsener Bahnhof und die OEG ist somit in nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Im Umkreis liegen die Städte Weinheim, Heidelberg und Mannheim. Parkplätze sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
