Situated in a courtyard of the most happening neighborhood in town, it’s a quiet and cozy home, but when you walk out you’re steps away from the best art galleries, cafes and trendy shops. Public transportation is around the corner. A little park is at the entrance of the building. I rent my apartment only when I travel, so it’s well furnished and has a fully stocked kitchen.
