As we take a small break from Berlin, we are looking from some nice people to live in our beautiful, family-friendly design apartment. Set in a recently renovated, listed building with huge schoolhouse windows and high ceilings, our bright, airy apartment is composed of many unique spaces, including a spacious, open plan kitchen and living room, three cozy bedrooms, a study, a huge second living/studio workspace, a reading area, 2 bathrooms and a laundry room. The kids room can be left with the toys in or converted into an adult bedroom. The kitchen/living room, kids room and study have stunning morning sun, the second living/studio workspace and third bedroom have remarkable afternoon/evening sun. The 2nd floor location is unique, possessing an almost rural quiet but with the many bars, cafes and restaurants of Kreuzberg just a few minutes away. On opposite sides of our street are Treptower Park as well as Ring Bahn offering quick connections to the city and airport, and on the other side the Badeschiff with a swimming pool. The entire apartment is built with unique walls which contain considerable storage and we will leave our collection of design and recipe books. The apartment is filled with many unique design furniture and accessories which will be appreciated by those with a refined aesthetic. The neighbourhood is green and child-friendly. Many children live in the building. The garden is fully usable with a swing, sand pit and play equipment, as well as a fire pit for cozy summer evenings. The building is very quiet, and everyone respects each other. Entertaining is fine but loud parties are unfortunately not possible. Water, Heating and Electricity is included, upon request cleaners can attend at 80 € per cleaning. Internet can be upgraded and a parking spot in a neighbouring garage can be provided for an additional cost. The apartment is rented fully equipped and furnished, as shown in the pictures. Ver más Ver menos Da wir eine kleine Auszeit von Berlin nehmen, suchen wir nette Leute, die in unserer schönen, familienfreundlichen Design-Wohnung wohnen möchten. Unsere helle, luftige Wohnung befindet sich in einem kürzlich renovierten, denkmalgeschützten Gebäude mit riesigen Schulhausfenstern und hohen Decken und besteht aus vielen einzigartigen Räumen, darunter eine geräumige, offene Wohnküche, drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein riesiger zweiter Wohn-/Arbeitsraum, eine Leseecke, 2 Bäder und eine Waschküche. Das Kinderzimmer kann mit den Spielsachen drin bleiben oder in ein Schlafzimmer für Erwachsene umgewandelt werden. Die Wohnküche, das Kinderzimmer und das Arbeitszimmer haben eine herrliche Morgensonne, der zweite Wohn-/Arbeitsraum und das dritte Schlafzimmer haben eine bemerkenswerte Nachmittags-/Abendsonne. Die Lage im 2. Stock ist einzigartig, da sie eine fast ländliche Ruhe bietet, aber die vielen Bars, Cafés und Restaurants von Kreuzberg sind nur ein paar Minuten entfernt. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite befinden sich der Treptower Park sowie die Ringbahn, die schnelle Verbindungen in die Stadt und zum Flughafen bietet, und auf der anderen Seite das Badeschiff mit einem Schwimmbad und einem Tagesclub. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit besonderen Wänden gebaut, die beträchtlichen Stauraum enthalten und wir werden unsere Sammlung von Design- und Rezeptbüchern hinterlassen. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen einzigartigen Designermöbeln und -accessoires ausgestattet, die von Menschen mit einer raffinierten Ästhetik geschätzt werden. Das Viertel ist grün und kinderfreundlich. Viele Kinder wohnen im Haus. Der Garten ist voll nutzbar mit Schaukel, Sandkasten und Spielgeräten sowie einer Feuerstelle für gemütliche Sommerabende. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig, und alle nehmen Rücksicht aufeinander. Große Runden mit Freunden sind willkommen aber laute Partys sind leider nicht möglich. Wasser, Heizung und Strom sind im Preis inbegriffen, auf Anfrage kann eine Reinigungskraft für 80 € pro Reinigung kommen. Internet kann noch nachgerüstet werden und ein Parkplatz in einer benachbarten Garage kann gegen Aufpreis zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
