A beautiful natural life by the water with a lake view, the owners live right next door on a large farm so there is a lot of space to move around for socializing and playing. It is 80 meters down to the water and the bathing jetty where you stay together, there are plenty of fish for those who enjoy fishing. The cottage is 20 kilometers from central Jokkmokk and is a quiet area with fantastic surroundings. The cabin is 110 m2 and has two floors, there is a wood-burning stove and a wood-burning stove which is a lovely cozy factor on slightly cooler evenings, there is firewood to buy from the owners on site. Outside there is a seating area and barbecue for lovely summer evenings and relaxation. In the cabin there is a kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms with 6 beds, one of the beds is a double bed, bathroom with WC, sink and a simple shower. No Wifi, no fiber but good mobile coverage with 4G. Heating: wood stove, wood stove, electric heating and air heat pump. The plot is a total of 3 ha with a large garden and some forest. The surrounding forests are full of mushrooms and berries. Die Eigentümer wohnen direkt nebenan auf einem großen Bauernhof, sodass viel Bewegungsfreiheit für Spiel und Sport im Freien vorhanden ist. Bis zum Wasser und dem Badesteg sind es nur 80 m und für Angler gibt es dort gute Angelmöglichkeiten. Das traditionelle Ferienhaus liegt 20 km vom Zentrum in Jokkmokk entfernt, in reizvoller Gegend mit fantastischer Umgebung. Die 110 m2 große Wohnfläche verteilt sich über zwei Etagen. Es gibt einen alten, gusseisernen Holzherd sowie einen Holzofen als Wärmequelle an kühleren Abenden. Brennholz können Sie bei den Eigentümern vor Ort kaufen. Zudem hat das Haus eine klimafreundliche Wärmepumpe. Im Außenbereich findet man eine Sitzecke und einen Grill für schöne Sommerabende. In Ferienhaus gibt es eine Küche, ein Wohnzimmer, 3 Schlafzimmer mit 6 Schlafplätzen in Betten, darunter ein Doppelbett, ein Badezimmer mit WC, Waschbecken und einer einfachen Dusche.
