Banjole is a fishing village located on a small peninsula with a naturally protected harbor, ideal for lovers of the sea, sailing and fishing. The beaches in Banjole are partly rocky and partly pebbly, and as the pine forest descends close to the sea, it is not a problem to stay in the shade.
In the village of Banjole, we are selling a house with 6 apartments, a tavern and a swimming pool, just 150m from the sea.
The house is located on a plot of land of 1250 m2. This detached house was built in the 1990s and consists of a basement, ground floor, first floor and attic.
6 apartments were built in nature (one in the basement and attic, two on the ground floor and two on the first floor). The floors are connected by an external staircase. From the terrace of the top floor you can see the sea.

Banjole ist ein Fischerdorf auf einer kleinen Halbinsel mit einem natürlich geschützten Hafen, ideal für Liebhaber des Meeres, Segelns und Angelns. Die Strände in Banjole sind teils felsig und teils kieselig, und da der Pinienwald dicht am Meer abfällt, ist es kein Problem, im Schatten zu bleiben.
Im Dorf Banjole verkaufen wir ein Haus mit 6 Wohnungen, einer Taverne und einem Swimmingpool, nur 150 m vom Meer entfernt.
Das Haus befindet sich auf einem Grundstück von 1250 m2. Dieses Einfamilienhaus wurde in den 1990er Jahren erbaut und besteht aus Untergeschoss, Erdgeschoss, Obergeschoss und Dachgeschoss.
6 Wohnungen wurden in die Natur gebaut (eine im Souterrain und Dachgeschoss, zwei im Erdgeschoss und zwei im Obergeschoss). Die Etagen sind durch eine Außentreppe verbunden. Von der Terrasse der obersten Etage können Sie das Meer sehen.
Jede Wohnung besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Esszimmer, einer separaten Küche, zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Badezimmer und einer Terrasse. Neben den erwähnten 6 Wohnungen gibt es im Erdgeschoss eine weitere Wohnung, die derzeit als Taverne genutzt wird. Der Garten verfügt über einen Grill und einen Außenpool mit Maschinenraum. Der Pool ist unregelmäßig geformt und hat eine Fläche von etwa 50 m2.
Auf dem Grundstück wurde auch eine ebenerdige Anlage errichtet - eine Garage für 2 größere Autos, außerdem gibt es 8 Stellplätze. Auf der erwähnten Garage befindet sich eine eingezäunte, unverschmutzte Terrasse von 50 m2. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Die Bereiche rund um das Haus und den Pool sind gepflastert und die Grünfläche beträgt 70 m2. Der Zugang zum Hof des Hauses erfolgt von zwei Seiten. Das Haus liegt neben einer asphaltierten Straße.

Banjole su ribarsko mjesto smješteno na malom poluostrvu s prirodno zaštićenom lukom idealno za zaljubljenike mora, plovidbe i ribarenja. Plaže u Banjolama su dijelom stjenovite, a dijelom šljunčane a kako se borova šuma spušta nadomak moru nije se problem smjestiti u hladovini.
U naselju Banjole prodajemo kuću sa 6 apartmana, konobom i bazenom na samo 150m od mora.
Kuća se smjestila na zemljištu površine 1250 m2. Ova samostojeća kuća je izgrađena 1990.-ih godina te se sastoji od suterena, prizemlja, kata i potkrovlja.
U naravi je izgrađeno 6 apartmana (jedan u suterenu i potkrovlju, dva u prizemlju i dva na katu). Etaže su povezane vanjskim stepeništem. S terase najgornje etaže vidi se more.
Svaki apartman se sastoji od dnevnog boravka s blagovaonom, odvojene kuhinje, dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonice te terase. Osim navedenih 6 apartmana u prizemlju se nalazi dodatni apartman koji se trenutno koristi kao konoba. Na okućnici se smjestio roštilj i vanjski bazen sa strojarnicom. Bazen je nepravilnog oblika, površine oko 50 m2.
Na okućnici je izgrađen i prizemni objekt - garaža za 2 veća automobila, a osim toga ima još 8 parkirnih mjesta. Na navedenoj garaži je ograđena nenatrivena terasa površine 50m2. Zemljište je u potpunosti ograđeno. Površine oko kuće i bazena su popločene, a na zelenu površinu otpada 70m2. Pristup dvorištu kuće je s dvije strane. Kuća se nalazi uz asfaltiranu prometnicu.
