La buanderie mène à une autre pièce avec des portes vitrées qui est actuellement utilisée comme atelier mais qui pourrait facilement devenir une chambre avec SDE. A gauche du salon se trouvent trois chambres (11m², 12m², 12m²), dont la plus petite est utilisée comme bureau.
