This house is wonderfully retro, all the furnishings are well-maintained 70s, everything from furniture, music systems and a wonderful blue-tiled fireplace in the living room. Time has really stood still here, but everything is fresh, comfortable and functional with dishwasher, air-conditioning, a modern bathroom and washing machine with entrance from outside in the basement level. There are two bedrooms in the house, one with 2 single beds and one bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people. The house is situated on an elevated, leafy plot with no view, with lawn, old gnarled fruit trees, patios, barbecue and greenhouse. Only 250 meters from the house is the swimming area, with swings, jetties and a coffee cart if you feel like something good. If you have your own smaller boat, max. 2 meters wide, there is a boat berth with Y booms that belongs to the house. Torö has a lot to offer, with nice hiking trails, feel free to go to the Ören nature reserve, where the nice pebble beach is also located, where surfers like to stop for the nice surf waves. There is also a long fine sandy beach there. There are cafes, restaurants and a country store on the island, if you want to get a bit of a city feeling, it is only 9 km to Nynäshamn by car, which has everything in the way of shops and nice restaurants down in the harbour. You can also take the bus there, the bus stop is 2 km from the house. From Nynäshamn, you can take archipelago boats out to the islands in the archipelago, visit Landsort, which is the island at the far end of the ocean strip before the open sea takes over. Das Haus liegt auf einem erhöhten, grünen Grundstück ohne Einblick, mit Rasen, alten knorrigen Obstbäumen, Terrassen, Grill und Gewächshaus. Nur 250 m entfernt befindet sich das nächste Badeufer mit Schaukeln, Stegen und einem Kaffeewagen, falls Sie Lust auf etwas Süßes bekommen. Wenn Sie ein eigenes, kleineres Boot mitbringen, max. 2 Meter breit, gibt es einen Bootsliegeplatz mit Y-Auslegern, der zum Haus gehört. Torö hat viel zu bieten, u.a. herrlicher Wanderwege. Besuchen Sie auch das Naturschutzgebiet Ören, wo sich auch der schöne Kiesstrand befindet, an dem Surfer gerne Halt machen, um die Brandungswellen zu reiten.
