STAP BINNEN Luxe, comfort en stijl zijn de perfecte woorden om Downend te beschrijven, en dat is duidelijk vanaf het moment dat je binnenkomt. In het hart van het huis bevindt zich de prachtig uitgeruste keuken/eetkamer/familiekamer, met een ruime, ontspannen zithoek en een originele open haard uit de jaren 30. De prachtige keuken beschikt over een assortiment geïntegreerde Fisher & Paykel apparaten, uitgebreide kwarts werkbladen, een inloopkast en uitzonderlijk vakmanschap overal, waardoor iedereen een ruimte creëert waar iedereen wil samenkomen. Voorbij de keuken openen deuren direct naar de achtertuinen, terwijl de aangrenzende bijkeuken eenvoudig kan worden omgebouwd tot een tweede keuken voor Slaapkamer 6, die profiteert van een eigen douche en uitzicht over de tuin. Een nabijgelegen comfortabele ruimte kon ook als zitkamer worden gebruikt, waardoor er een zelfvoorzienende woonruimte op de begane grond ontstond, ideaal voor iedereen die een aparte ruimte in het huis nodig heeft.
