O hotel projetado teve em conta o enquadramento paisagístico, pelo que possui três pisos, dos quais dois ficaram localizados acima da cota de soleira, o rés-do-chão e o primeiro andar, e um abaixo, a cave.À entrada do edifício deparamo-nos com um hall que faz a devida distribuição para a zona social, existindo logo junto à entrada a recepção, instalações sanitárias de serviço ao piso e acesso vertical através de elevador que segue do piso inferior à cobertura.
Segue-se a sala de jantar e cozinha de apoio aos pequenos almoços, com acesso direto ao exterior de encontro a um terraço com potencial para criação de zona de refeições ao ar livre.
A sala de jantar tem ligação com a sala de estar, onde se podem realizar atividades de lazer- salão de jogos e sala de leitura- também com comunicação para o exterior através de um terraço, onde se pode desfrutar do ambiente envolvente e da piscina exterior.
Ainda através do hall de entrada existe acesso para uma unidade de alojamento, com instalação sanitária privativa, destinada para hóspedes com mobilidade reduzida.
