That is, its food was discovered, including Culatello di Zibello, the most sought-after and expensive of all hams in the world.This gastronomic tradition has resulted in the area around Zibello having the second highest tourist growth, in percentage terms, in the whole of Italy.Its restaurants, trattorias, speciality food shops and Parmigiano cheese producers are visited by tourists from all over the world.
