A 600 metres de la maison, la propriété comprend une forêt séparée d'acacias et de pins au bord d'une petite rivière, de 1,3 hectares, avec accès véhicule. À l'arrière de la maison, il y a une terrasse couverte pour les repas avec stockage de bois de chauffage. Et un garage/petite grange. De la porte d'entrée, il y a une pièce principale ouverte avec insert, et un accès au jardin arrière. Un couloir mène à une chambre au rez-de-chaussée avec insert, à une salle de bain, et WC séparé.
