This is a small but comfortable detached house in the remote area of Vlihadia, Agios Nikolaos, Lasithi, Crete on private land with excellent sea views.The house is just outside the small fishing village of Vlihadia, a pretty coastal village north of the popular tourist resort of Elounda.
In front of the property is a covered parking space for one car belonging to the propery.
A few steps lead into the main area where the vivid flower and shrub garden with its small paths and detailed corners .A pergola covers a tiled terrace in front of the house entrance where a nice coffee table and chairs offer a nice place to enjoy a drink or meal in the daytime shade. There is a nice built gas cooking space next to the pergola.To the left of the house as we look towards the sea there is an atrium (also with pergola) where one can sit and enjoy the views even on a bad day).The main house comprises a small but very practical kitchen complete with oven, cooker, extractor, fridge/freezer, Inox sink and many cupboards and kitchen drawers, a living room /dining room with a log burner and nice views from both windows, a nice shower room and two double bedrooms either side of the bathroom with balcony doors which give access to the gardens and terrace areas.
