Welcome dear guests to our condominium with a great view of the landscape and access to the spacious garden. Here you can relax. The flat in a two-family house is in a very quiet location and is nevertheless the perfect starting point for exploring the documenta city of Kassel, the UNESCO World Heritage Site Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe and many other sights in Schauenburg and the surrounding area. After your exciting exploration tours, you can relax in the newly renovated 100 m² flat with direct access to the cosy south-facing terrace and the large garden. It is equipped with comfortable garden furniture and a Weber gas barbecue. In summer, it is the perfect place to end the evening with a relaxed barbecue over a cool beer or a glass of wine. You are welcome to use the barbecue and the garden, in consultation with us. The flat has a large bedroom with direct dressing room or office, another bedroom and an open living room with kitchen and dining area. All rooms are flooded with light, brightly designed and equipped with high-quality striped oak parquet flooring and underfloor heating. The temperature can be regulated individually in each room. A fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, glasses, pots and utensils is at your disposal. The following appliances can be used: Cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee capsule machine, sandwich maker and kettle. A bottle of mineral water per couple and coffee & milk for a first delicious cappuccino are included for our guests. The newly renovated bathroom is equipped with shower and bathtub. Also available is a flat screen TV with Netflix and free high-speed WLAN. This flat is particularly child and family friendly. The garden has a ground-level trampoline, a covered sandpit and a small garden shed. A baby extra bed, a high chair and child-friendly toys can be provided on request. 1 pet is allowed for an extra charge. But only with prior agreement on type and breed.
