Zusätzlich zur wohnungsinternen Waschmaschine gibt es auch einen Waschkeller, wo nicht nur eine weitere Waschmaschine zur Benutzung frei steht, sondern auch ein Trockner. Zahlreiche Buslinien sowie die U4 und Tramlinien 16 & 17 sind fußläufig in 5min zu erreichen. Mit der U4 ist man in 20min in der Innenstadt am Marienplatz. Für einen tollen Jog oder Sonntagsspaziergang im Englischen Garten sind es nur 15min mit dem Bus. Supermärkte wie z.B.
