The comfortably furnished apartment is located within walking distance of Lake Kemnander See in Bochum and is the perfect place to unwind thanks to its quiet location next to the adjacent wooded area. The light-flooded 70 sqm apartment is located on the first floor, has a separate entrance and can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a relaxing double bed in the bedroom and a pull-out couch in the spacious living room. The kitchen has everything you need for self-catering: induction hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The walk-in shower in the bathroom is another highlight of our beloved apartment.
The beautiful cycling and hiking trails of the Ruhr region are right on the doorstep, Lake Kemnader and Blankenstein Castle are just a 15-minute walk away and the railroad line is not far away either. The historic old town of Hattingen is always worth a visit.
The apartment has very good transport links to the A43, A2 and A40.
During your stay, we are of course at your disposal as a contact person on site.

Die gemütlich eingerichtete Einliegerwohnung liegt fußläufig zum Kemnander See in Bochum und ist durch die ruhige Lage an dem angrenzenden Waldgebiet der perfekte Ort, um abzuschalten. Die lichtdurchflutete 70qm Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, verfügt über einen separaten Eingang und bietet Platz für bis zu 4 Personen. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett zur Verfügung, im Wohnzimmer eine Ausziehcouch mit Platz für weitere 2 Personen. Die Küche bietet alles, um sich optimal selbst zu versorgen: Induktionsherd , Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Toaster. Die ebenerdige Dusche im retro Badezimmer ist ein weiteres Highlight unserer geliebten Wohnung.
Direkt vor der Haustür warten die wunderschönen Rad- und Wanderwege des Ruhrgebiets, der Kemnader See und die Burg Blankenstein sind fußläufig in circa 15 Minuten zu erreichen und auch die Bahntrasse ist nicht weit entfernt. Die historische Altstadt von Hattingen ist immer eine Reise wert.
Die Wohnung besitzt eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung zur A43, A2 und A40.
