Die Wohnung ist mit einem praktischen Schrankbett ausgestattet, welches je nach Bedarf auf- und zugeklappt werden kann. Es gibt einen 1&1 Internetzugang mit eigenem Router und 250 mb, sowie einen Flachbildschirm mit Netflix (ca 140 diagonale). Die kompakte Kochnische bietet einen Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank,Toaster, Kaffemaschine und viele weitere Küchenutensilien. Im Keller befindet sich eine Sauna mit Münzeinwurf (ca 10 min für 1 € ) die genutzt werden kann. Ihr kleines Wellnesparadies zum Entspannen. Eine Waschküche ist auch vorhanden die ebenso wie der Trockner mit Münzeinwurf funktioniert . Zum Wäschetrocken kann alternativ auch der Balkon mit dem klappbaren Wäschetrockenständer benutzt werden . Vor dem Haus befindet sich ein markierter Stellplatz, der zu dieser Wohnung gehört. Auf Wunsch kann die Wohnung gereinigt werden da wir mit einem Reinigungsdienst zusammenarbeiten . In der Regel kostet dies mit Bettwäsche 60 € .
