we rent a bright loft apartment in a quiet but central location on the city border Fürth / Nuremberg. The loft is located on the first floor of a house, measures about 110 sqm, plus a small balcony It is bright light-flooded, quietly located on the park and fully furnished. It is suitable for one person or a couple. As you would expect from a typical loft, there are few doors but an open plan design. The furnishing of the whole loft is very coherent, individual and modern. From the comfortable sofa in the living area, you have a beautiful view of the entire room. There is a separate workplace and a kitchenette with dining area. the second couch can be converted into a bed. In the hallway area you will find a spacious vestibule with wardrobe, which offers enough space for all jackets or shoes. In principle, therefore, you only need to bring your own suitcase. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, washingmaschine, microwave, induction plates, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster and much more. Also dishes, cutlery and glasses are already available. Directly next to it is the cozy dining area. The bedroom can be separated by a sliding door. There is the double bed with existing pillows, bed linen and bedside tables with reading lamps and the closet. The bathroom invites you to feel good....with rain shower, bathtub, double sink and underfloor heating. It is equipped with very high quality tiles and materials. The furnishings are a skillful blend of different styles, which further emphasizes the open-extraordinary loft character. The location is directly at the Südstadtpark. One can start jogging or walking directly. The whole ensemble has been awarded several prizes.... Almost only owners live here. The subway can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes and leads directly to Nuremberg main station or to Fürth. The connection to the southwest tangent as well as the Frankenschnellweg is ideal for drivers. Erlangen/Herzogenaurach can be reached comfortably and quickly and the airport is only a few kilometers away. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house or in the surrounding area.

wir vermieten eine helle Loftwohnung in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage an der Stadtgrenze Fürth / Nürnberg. Das Loft liegt im ersten Stock eines Hauses, misst ca 120qm, plus kleinem Balkon Es ist hell lichtdurchflutet, ruhig am Park gelegen und komplett möbliert. Es eignet sich für eine Person oder ein Paar. Wie man es von einem typischen Loft kennt, gibt es wenig Türen, sondern eine offene Bauweise. Die Ausstattung des gesamten Lofts ist sehr stimmig, individuell und modern gehalten. Vom gemütlichen Sofa im Wohnbereich hat man einen schönen Blick in den gesamten Raum. Es gibt einen separaten Arbeitsplatz und eine Kochnische mit Essplatz. Für etwaige Gäste, die Sie empfangen, kann die zweite Couch zum Bett umfunktioniert werden. Im Flurbereich finden Sie einen großzügigen Vorplatz mit Garderobe, welche genug Platz bietet für sämtliche Jacken oder Schuhe. Auch Gegenstände des alltäglichen Gebrauchs, wie z.B. Bügelbrett, Bügeleisen, Wäscheständer etc. (siehe angekreuzte Ausstattung) sind alle bereits vorhanden. Prinzipiell muss daher lediglich nur noch der eigene Koffer mitgebracht werden.
