Lage: Die hübsche und helle 2-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Gartenterrasse (ca. 85m²) befindet sich im EG unseres Hauses in einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Neubaugebiet von Gronau angrenzend zum Golfclub Lindenhof. Das Apartment liegt direkt am Feldrand in Bad Vilbel-Gronau mitten im Grünen in einem ruhigen Zweifamilienhaus auf der sonnigen Südseite. Sie haben haben einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Garten mit Terrasse. Das großzügige Apartment mit 3 Schlafgelegenheiten ist familientauglich, aber auch gute Freunde und Kollegen fühlen sich durch die abgetrennten Schlafbereiche wohl.
