In the holiday paradise of Hällevik, this very nice house is located on a shared holiday home plot with the owner. The house is located on a dead end street, which makes the area quiet. There is room for family and friends to spend a shorter or longer stay with sea bathing, restaurants and beach bars in the area. Some open all year round and others only during the summer. The spacious house has a living room with a kitchen area equipped for self-catering and a dining area to gather around. In this room there are also two beds in a pull-out bed that is also used as a sofa in front of the TV with Swedish channels. In the bedroom with bunk beds there is also space for clothes storage. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. A ladder, extendable from the wall, makes it possible to get up to the sleeping loft, which is cosily furnished with two single beds that can easily be brought together to make a double bed. Outside the house there are several different opportunities to sit down and relax, but also outdoor furniture to have meals at. A charcoal grill is also available to guests. A short walk to Hällevik's beautiful beach with chalky white sand and next door to the hotel Havsbaden makes your stay here pleasant. Local shop that is unmanned part of the year, fish shop with all the delicacies of the sea and also Swedish football at Mjällby's home arena Strandvallen, all within walking distance. For larger grocery stores and all other services, Sölvesborg and Mjällby are a fifteen minute drive away. Stiby backe and Listershuvud nature reserve with wonderful views of the sea and the unique Hanö with its lighthouse. There are daily boat trips to Hanö from Nogersund, a neighboring town to Hällevik. Über eine ausziehbare Leiter gelangt man hinauf zum Schlafboden, der mit zwei Einzelbetten gemütlich eingerichtet ist, die sich leicht zu einem Doppelbett zusammenstellen lassen. Draußen gibt es verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen sowie Gartenmöbel zum Essen. Ein Holzkohlegrill steht den Gästen ebenfalls zur Verfügung.
