Welcome to a rural cottage with a beautiful idyll in the heart of Värmland. From the covered terrace at the back, you have the opportunity to see lynx, fox, moose, deer and wolf. There are even salt rocks here at the marsh which increases the chances of seeing game. This cozy holiday home in Spartan style is secluded, completely free from noise. You are welcomed into the house via a hall that connects the whole house. Straight ahead on the entrance floor you will find the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and also offers a wood stove as well as a cozy dining area with chairs and sofa, perfect for enjoying breakfast. To the left you will find the living room with a sofa bed, an extra bed, office space and a cozy fireplace. You will find the bathroom with underfloor heating straight ahead from the kitchen and here there is a WC, wash basin and shower. One floor up you will find the cottage's two bedrooms. To the right a bedroom with a double bed. The bedroom on the left offers two beds, one of them is a 120-bed. (There are fireplaces in both bedrooms, but these must not be lit.) Put on your shoes and follow the path about 300 meters down to the lake. Here you can bathe via a stone slab. If you would rather have a proper swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach, you will find it in Östervallskog, a short drive away. The cottage is close to the Norwegian border. Within twenty minutes from the holiday home, you can reach a lot, such as a lovely beach, shopping center (15km), magnificent nature and much more.

Willkommen in diesem traditionellen Ferienhaus auf dem Lande, in idyllischer Umgebung und im Herzen der Region Värmland. Von der überdachten Terrasse an der Rückseite des Hauses kann man mit etwas Glück Luchse, Füchse, Elche, Hirsche oder Wölfe beobachten. Dieses gemütliche Ferienhaus im spartanischen Stil liegt ruhig und völlig geräuschfrei. Über einen Flur, der alle Zimmer des Hauses verbindet, erreichen Sie das Wohnzimmer, die Küche und das Badezimmer. Die Küche ist geräumig und bietet auch einen Holzofen sowie eine gemütliche Essecke mit Stühlen und Sofa, perfekt um das Frühstück zu genießen. Auf der linken Seite finden Sie das Wohnzimmer mit einem Schlafsofa, einem Einzelbett, einem Bürobereich und einem gemütlichen Kamin. Geradeaus, von der Küche aus gesehen, finden Sie das Badezimmer mit Fußbodenheizung, in dem sich WC, Waschbecken und Dusche befinden. Eine Etage höher liegen die beiden Schlafzimmer des Hauses; rechts ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, links ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei 120 cm breiten Betten. Es gibt Kamine in beiden Schlafzimmern, aber diese dürfen nicht befeuert werden! Ziehen Sie Ihre Schuhe an und folgen Sie dem Weg etwa 300 m hinab zum Seeufer. Dort gibt es ein Felsplateau zum Baden. Ein richtiges Badeufer mit Steg und Strandlinie finden Sie bei Östervallskog, nur eine kurze Autofahrt entfernt. Das Ferienhaus liegt in der Nähe der norwegischen Grenze.
