Back in 2004 we began the search for a semi-rural home which was near to Bovey Tracey and provided easy, close access to get to work. We viewed a number of properties and initially found it difficult to find a property that ticked many of the boxes. We then viewed Little Bradley Farmhouse and instantly fell in love with it. Although it needed considerable updating and modernisation we recognised the potential it provided, suitable for a growing family. The views we wake up to every day are amazing with an abundance of wildlife on our doorstep. Being active, we enjoy the many walks with nature reserves and fishing lakes just a couple of minutes from the house. Dies sind sicherlich Ansichten, die man gesehen haben muss, um sie voll und ganz zu würdigen. Es gibt auch eine moderne vierteilige Familienbadezimmer-Suite von hoher Qualität. Das Little Bradley Farmhouse befindet sich auf einem großzügigen Grundstück und ist ein ideales Familienhaus. Es befindet sich auf einem leicht erhöhten, ebenen Grundstück, das einen spektakulären Blick auf die Moorlandschaft bietet. Little Bradley Farmhouse è una meravigliosa casa unifamiliare che è stata nella stessa proprietà negli ultimi vent'anni. Una grande cucina/sala da pranzo a pianta aperta e una sala per la colazione completano le sale di ricevimento e c'è anche un utile ripostiglio/wc a questo livello. Al piano superiore ci sono tre camere da letto, due delle quali sono matrimoniali e la padronale con bagno privato con doccia. Da questo piano si può godere di una favolosa vista sulla brughiera, in particolare dalla seconda camera da letto a doppio aspetto. C'è anche una suite bianca di quattro pezzi di qualità moderna. Occupando un terreno generoso e tranquillo, ci sono giardini pianeggianti di facile manutenzione sia nella parte anteriore che posteriore della casa. Il giardino principale si trova sul retro della casa e offre un'attraente zona pranzo rialzata con pergolato e c'è una sezione inferiore appena pavimentata direttamente fuori dal soggiorno principale. L'area anteriore offre un ampio parcheggio e un giardino pianeggiante da cui si può godere di una vista mozzafiato. Nel 2004 abbiamo iniziato la ricerca di una casa semi-rurale che fosse vicina a Bovey Tracey e che offrisse un accesso facile e ravvicinato per andare al lavoro. Abbiamo esaminato un certo numero di proprietà e inizialmente abbiamo trovato difficile trovare una proprietà che soddisfacesse molte delle caselle. Abbiamo poi visto Little Bradley Farmhouse e ce ne siamo innamorati all'istante. Little Bradley Farmhouse è una proprietà ingannevolmente grande. Con una piacevole estetica esterna, ha anche un fascino e un carattere tutto suo. Essendo stato ampliato al piano terra in tempi recenti, c'è un sacco di alloggio in offerta. Ci sono tre sale di ricevimento di buone dimensioni, tra cui il meraviglioso soggiorno esteso e questo copre quindi una moltitudine di esigenze. Resta inteso che i precedenti proprietari hanno utilizzato in precedenza la grande sala da pranzo come area annessa, ma questo potrebbe anche fornire un'area di studio o di lavoro ideale. La cucina/sala colazione principale è divisa in due da un camino con stufa a legna in ghisa e la cucina stessa offre una gamma moderna e completa di unità ed elettrodomestici su misura. C'è anche un comodo ripostiglio con servizi igienici. Al piano superiore, ci sono tre camere da letto in totale, due delle quali offrono camere matrimoniali. C'è anche un bagno privato con doccia per la camera da letto principale. Tutte e tre le camere da letto godono di una vista favolosa con probabilmente la migliore dalla seconda camera da letto a doppio aspetto. Si tratta sicuramente di punti di vista che devono essere visti per essere apprezzati appieno. C'è anche un moderno bagno familiare in quattro pezzi di alta qualità. PASSO FUORI
Occupando un terreno di dimensioni generose, Little Bradley Farmhouse è una casa di famiglia ideale. Si trova su un terreno leggermente rialzato e pianeggiante che gode di una vista spettacolare sulla brughiera. Nella parte anteriore della casa c'è un giardino pianeggiante con prato con serra e casetta da giardino. Adiacente alla casa ci sono un paio di comodi capannoni di stoccaggio e il serbatoio dell'olio si trova a lato di questa struttura. C'è anche un ampio parcheggio carrabile per circa quattro auto. L'area principale del giardino si trova sul retro della casa e offre una tranquilla zona pranzo e salotto con vista rilassante sui campi vicini. La zona pranzo e il pergolato scendono in un'area di giardino appena pavimentata che si collega comodamente al soggiorno principale e alla sala da pranzo. Un sentiero si estende intorno al retro della casa fino al giardino anteriore e al parcheggio principale. C'è sicuramente la sensazione quando si è in questa proprietà che ulteriori sistemazioni potrebbero essere aggiunte al primo piano. Se si desidera o si ha bisogno di spazio extra, questo potrebbe essere esaminato ed esplorato (soggetto a permesso di costruzione).
