Das Haus macht schon beim Eintreten einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Man geht gerne das Treppenhaus zur Wohnung in den zweiten Stock hoch. Und auch wenn man die Türe aufschließt, fühlt man sich zu Hause, man ist angekommen. Ein schönes Licht empfängt einen, da die Wohnung über große und viele Fensterflächen verfügt und damit unglaublich hell ist. Im Eingangsbereich befindet sich ein quadratischer Flur. Es ist schön, daß man hier etwas Platz hat um eine Garderobe unterzubringen oder erst einmal durchatmen kann. Vom Flur geht das Badezimmer weg, nein es ist kein Tageslichtbad, aber so schön, daß man sich gerne darin aufhält. Es ist sehr geräumig, im hinteren Bereich ist die Badewanne, es gibt eine Handtuchheizung und soviel Platz, daß gleich zu Beginn die Waschmaschine genügend Raum hat, wie praktisch, ich muß nicht in den Keller um zu waschen. Vom Flur gelangt man ebenfalls in das Schlafzimmer. Dieser Raum bezaubert durch seine schöne Fensterlösung. Es gibt einen kleinen Vorsprung, bei dem sich auch auf der Seite ein schmales Fenster befindet, damit hat der Raum einen schönen Lichteinfall und erhält eine schöne Atmosphäre. Dieser Baustil wiederholt sich auch im Wohnzimmer. Der Balkon liegt über Eck und ist ziemlich groß, so dass man mit eingeladenen Gästen ohne Probleme ein Abendessen genießen kann. Rechts und links der Balkontüre, sind jeweils zwei große Fenster, die auch diesem Raum eine schöne helle Atmosphäre verleihen und die Natur ins Wohnzimmer holen. Dieses Zimmer ist groß genug für einen Fernseh- Sofa Bereich und einen Essbereich, die Küche geht von diesem Raum weg und ist in schönen warmen Farben gehalten, sie verfügt über alles was man benötigt.
