About housing
Modern large apartment, with a complete set for a comfortable life. There is a balcony with a gorgeous view of Moscow from the 21st floor, where in good weather you can see 5 Stalin skyscrapers. One-room apartment 70 sq. m. (room 45m, kitchen 18m). The territory of the house is fenced and well guarded. Car parking possible.
The filling of the apartment speaks of the presence of creative people, we remove all personal belongings, but leave it in the apartment, so if you need strict interiors with minimalism, it’s better to take another option. The apartment is not suitable for allergy sufferers and babies, as we periodically accept animals and people who smoke, the apartment has a lot of books and antiques. The apartment is decorated with works by contemporary artists and things from travels.
What is available to the guest
Bed 200 to 180, fold-out 2-seater sofa. A set of household appliances: refrigerator, stove, microwave, TV, washing machine. We provide bedding, dishes, books to read, a puzzle to collect, Xbox (for a fee and only for neat people:)).
Separate large bath and toilet. There is external security, playgrounds and kindergarden on the territory. Wifi speed 100 megabits. Contactless access to the apartment through a combination lock (the code is different for everyone). Check-in after 2 pm, check-out before 11 am.
Infrastructure
15 minutes walk to metro station Rechnoy Vokzal, 15 minutes by taxi to Sheremetyevo on the paid M11 or 25 minutes on the free Leningradskoye sh. (if there is no traffic jam), 300 m to the Friendship Park, 1.5 km to the Northern River Station through the park. 50 meters to round the clock Eurospar and Pyaterochka. If you wish, you can be like a fitness or swimming pool.
Hot water is turned off July 6- July 15, 2022For foreign citizens, it is possible to register for the duration of the trip.

Готовы ей делиться за умеренную плату. :) Квартира сдается в аренду на airbnb с 2015 года периодически, сами проживаем в ней когда живем в Москве, это не коммерческое жилье с личными вещами и творческими элементами.
О жилье
Современная большая квартира, с полным комплектом для комфортной жизни. Есть балкон с шикарнейшим видом на Москву с 21 этажа, где в хорошую погоду видно 5 сталинских высоток. Квартира однокомнатная 70 кв. м. (Комната 45м, кухня 18м). В 2020 купили новую кровать с матрасом 200х180, диван в 2021 и косметический ремонт коридора сделали в 2022. Территория дома огорожена и хорошо охраняется, подъезд с консьержем в мраморе. Возможна парковка а/м.
Наполнение квартиры говорит о присутствии творческих людей, все личные вещи мы убираем, но оставляем в квартире, поэтому если Вам нужны строгие интерьеры с минимализмом, лучше возьмите другой вариант. Квартира не подходит для аллергиков и младенцев, так как периодически мы принимаем животных и курящих людей, в квартире много книг и старинных вещей. Квартира украшена работами современных художников и вещами из путешествий.
Что доступно гостю
Кровать 200 на 180, раскладной 2х местный диван. Комплект бытовой техники: холодильник, плита, микроволновка, большой телевизор, стиральная машинка. Предоставляем постельное белье, посуду, книги для чтения, пазл для собирания, Xbox (за плату и только аккуратным людям).
Раздельные большие ванна и туалет. Имеется внешняя охрана, на территории детские площадки и кружки. Wifi скорость 100 мегабит. Бесконтактный доступ в квартиру через кодовый замок (код для каждого свой). Заезд после 14, выезд до 11. Выполняем 5 ступенчатый протокол уборки после каждого гостя (но мы не гостиница, поэтому если хотите горничную, то лучше обратиться в отель).
Инфраструктура
15 мин пешком до м. Речной вокзал, 15 мин на такси до Шереметьево по платной М11 или 25 мин по бесплатному Ленинградскому ш. (если нет пробки), до Парка дружбы 300 м, до Северного Речного вокзала - 1, 5 км через парк. 50 метров до круглосуточного Eurospar и Пятерочки. При желании можно походить на фитнес или в бассейн.
Горячую воду отключают 6 июля 15 июля в 2022 годуДля иностранных граждан возможна регистрация на время поездки.
