The house is located on the Butjadingen peninsula on the North Sea between Eckwarden and Eckwarderhörne. There is a bedroom on the upper floor (with a double bed: 140cm x 200cm), as well as a large living room and a kitchen-living room on the ground floor. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower upstairs and a slightly smaller one with a bathtub in the basement. We have set up a separate study/reading room where you can be undisturbed (Internet: 100 MBit/s). The house is equipped with everything a person needs to feel completely at home. Parking for 1 car is directly at the house. A charging station for electric cars (11 kW, type 2 plug connection) is available (the energy costs are billed separately). We offer you an old school DVD collection, Netflix and books for rainy days, as well as an extensive games collection. You can observe nature in the small garden (approx. 80 square meters including parking space). You can reach the North Sea on foot in 15-20 minutes. The property is in a rural location. Our garden borders directly on the country road that connects Eckwarden with Eckwarderhörne. There is a farm in the immediate vicinity. When you book with us, you are looking for seclusion, paying attention to the environment and using resources carefully. We attach great importance to environmental protection and sustainability. In summer we turn off the heating. We pay attention to waste separation and provide appropriate containers.

Das Haus befindet sich auf der Halbinsel Butjadingen an der Nordsee zwischen Eckwarden und Eckwarderhörne. Es sind ein Schlafraum im Obergeschoss (mit Doppelbett: 140cm x 200cm), sowie ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine Wohnküche im Erdgeschoss vorhanden. Es gibt ein geräumiges Badezimmer mit Dusche im Obergeschoss, sowie ein etwas kleineres mit einer Badewanne im Untergeschoss. Wir haben ein separates Arbeits-/Lesezimmer eingerichtet, in dem man auch mal ungestört sein kann (Internet: 100 MBit/s). Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, um sich ganz wie zu Hause zu fühlen. Der Parkplatz für 1 Auto ist direkt am Haus. Eine Ladestation für E-Autos (11 kW, Typ 2 Steckeranschluss) ist vorhanden (die Energiekosten werden separat abgerechnet). Wir bieten euch eine oldschool DVD-Sammlung, Netflix und Bücher für verregnete Tage, sowie eine umfangreiche Spiele-Sammlung. Im kleinen Garten (ca. 80 qm inkl. Parkplatz) könnt ihr die Natur beobachten. Zur Nordsee gelangt ihr fußläufig in 15-20 Minuten. Die Unterkunft ist ländlich gelegen. Unser Garten grenzt direkt an die Landstraße, die Eckwarden mit Eckwarderhörne verbindet. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich ein Bauernhof. Wenn ihr bei uns bucht, sucht ihr Abgeschiedenheit, achtet auf die Umwelt und geht mit Ressourcen pfleglich um. Wir legen großen Wert auf Umweltschutz und Nachhaltigkeit. Im Sommer schalten wir die Heizung aus. Wir achten auf Mülltrennung und stellen entsprechende Behälter bereit.
