Das Badezimmer ist sehr hell, modern und verfügt über eine offene Dusche und einen großen Spiegel. Im Schlafraum, der durch einen Vorhang vom Hauptraum abgetrennt ist (kein eigenes Fenster), befindet sich ein modernes und großes Bett (160cm x200cm). Im Bad befindet sich eine Waschmaschine.  Das Haus ist ein Backsteingebäude im Hinterhof eines denkmalgeschützten Gebäudes. Im Hinterhof kann eine zum Hinterhaus gehörenden terrassenartigen Freifläche zum Entspannen genutzt werden. In direkter Umgebung befindet sich die S-Bahnhaltestelle Johannisfriedhof (ca. 150 m) und die U-Bahn Haltestelle „Klinikum Nord" mit der Linie U3 (ca. 8 min Entfernung). Von dort aus kann man alle Orte in Nürnberg schnell erreichen, beispielsweise dauert die Fahrt zum Hauptbahnhof 8 Minuten.
In direkter Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Pubs, sowie auch verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Nordstadt ist ein Stadtviertel mit viel Atmosphäre und Flair.
