Point de vue technique, nous sommes sur un chauffage dirigé par chaudière fuel facilement remplaçable par une pompe à chaleur puisque le circuit d'eau est déjà en place. La maison est reliée au tout à l'égoût, la toiture (ardoises naturelles) a été révisée il y a 5 ans, les menuiseries sont en PVC double vitrage et possèdent des volets roulant électriques. L'installation électrique est à revoir sur certains petits points. L'isolation de la toiture a été refaite il y a 3 ans.
Dans le DPE l'isolation est jugée très bonne en toiture-plafond, et bonne pour les menuiseries, insuffisante sur murs Pas de VMC.
