Removable Houses or Modular Houses,
tailor-made to the customer's pocket and taste and to order.

Understand then a little more about them:

- All houses respect the standards and requirements necessary for a GOOD Energy Efficiency,
- have external walls greater than 16cm wide,
- PVC frames reinforced with zinc-plated iron,
- double glazing and electric blinds,
- all walls, ceilings and floors have Thermal and Acoustic Insulation
- The roof can be embedded or the view,
- The architecture of the house can be modern or traditional.
- On the outside the house can be coated with 60mm capoto, or wooden lining, or sandwich panel,

The houses are made in our factory yard and transported ready to the customer's land. Average manufacturing and delivery time, 60 days, from the payment of the signal.

The Removable Houses have "wheels" so that they are allowed to be moved within the site of the implantation.
Already the Modular Houses are houses that are fixed to the land and so then in these are already necessary architectural and engineering projects and submission of approval in the chambers, but the removable ones is not necessary, only a small license.

The Construction system used in these houses is the same construction system used in permanent houses, so the client will have the same quality of finishes and the same comfort of a normal or even superior house.

The value of the houses vary according to the size that the client chooses.

As a rule, removable houses cannot be larger than 48m2, that is, 4x12. and in this configuration it is possible to have up to a T3 (for removable houses) or a T2 (for modular houses). Already the modular houses, can be higher, however, the maximum size of each module can not exceed the same 48m2 (because of transportation).

OUR HOUSES ARE NOT CONTAINERS AND ARE NOT MADE OF LIGHT STEEL!!

The structure is more robust and heavier, precisely because of the necessary measures of the walls, floors and ceilings, for a good thermal and acoustic insulation and the height of the house internally is around 2.60m, well above the heights of the containers that do not exceed 2.40m.

These houses allow financing, depend on prior analysis on a case-by-case basis and because they are low-value homes it is accessible to anyone.

IMPORTANT:
The Client must have the land, if he does not have it, we will be happy to help him find it.
In the value of the villa are not included:
- transport,
- infrastructure,
- the tappers on which the house will be settled,

Casas Amovíveis ou Casas Modulares,
fabricação sob medida ao bolso e gosto do cliente e por encomenda.

Entenda então um pouco mais a respeito delas:

- Todas as casas respeitam os padrões e exigências necessárias para uma BOA eficiência Energética,
- possuem paredes externas superiores a 16cm de largura,
- caixilharia em PVC reforçado com ferro zincado,
- vidros duplos e estores elétricos,
- todas as paredes, tetos e assoalho possuem Isolamento Térmico e Acústico
- O telhado pode ser embutido ou a vista,
- A arquitetura da casa pode ser moderna ou tradicional.
- Por fora a casa pode ser revestida com capoto de 60mm, ou forro de madeira, ou painel sanduiche,
- Internamente é revestida com pladur e piso flutuante ou Vinílico
- As casas depois de prontas ficam tal e qual uma moradia tradicional.

As casas são feitas no nosso estaleiro da fábrica e transportadas prontas ao terreno do cliente. Tempo médio de fabricação e entrega, 60 dias, a contar do pagamento do sinal.

As Casas Amovíveis possuem "rodas" para que seja permitido que elas sejam deslocadas dentro do terreno da implantação.
Já as Casas Modulares são casas que ficam fixas ao terreno e por isso então nessas já são necessários projetos de arquitetura e engenharia e submissão de aprovação nas câmaras, mas as amovíveis jã não é necessário, apenas só uma pequena licença.

O sistema de Construção usado nestas casas é o mesmo sistema de construção usado nas casas permanentes, logo, o cliente terá a mesma qualidade de acabamentos e o mesmo conforto de uma casa normal ou até superior.

O valor das casas variam de acordo com o tamanho que o cliente escolher.

Via de Regra as casas Amovíveis não podem ser superiores a 48m2, ou seja, 4x12. e nesta configuração é possível ter até um T3 (para casas amovíveis) ou um T2 (para casas modulares). Já as casas modulares, podem ser superiores, contudo, o tamanho máximo de cada módulo não pode passar dos mesmos 48m2 (por causa do transporte).

AS NOSSAS CASAS NÃO SÃO CONTENTORES E NEM FEITAS EM AÇO LEVE!!!

A estrutura é mais robusta e mais pesada, justamente por causa das medidas necessárias das paredes, pisos e tetos, para um bom isolamento térmico e acústico e a altura da casa internamente ronda os 2,60m, bem superior as alturas dos contentores que não ultrapassam os 2,40m.

Essas casas permitem financiamento, dependem de análise prévia de caso a caso e por ser casas de baixo valor é acessível a qualquer pessoa.
