Na grande Lisboa, esta não é uma sensação fácil de alcançar.O antigo lote 8 sempre teve a implantação mais estratégica desta parte do projeto. É um dos 5 lotes duplos que contempla uma implantação pura a nascente/poente (como é o caso aqui do t3) e ao mesmo tempo o que fica com a localização privilegiada de estar na quota mais alta desta zona do projeto, o que lhe confere mais luz, mais privacidade e o deixa ser a fronteira entre o campo de golf e os outros blocos. Quero com isto dizer que embora no futuro se possam construir ainda mais 7 blocos (25 edifícios), este enquadramento total de implantação não será conseguido em nenhum deles e isso, é especial.Este apartamento T3 tem áreas muito bem distribuídas. Ce (dés)équilibre ne sert pas à rendre trop dense une zone que vous souhaitez, qui vit de la sensation des espaces verts et dêtre au milieu de nulle part mais à un pied de tout. Dans lagglomération de Lisbonne, ce nest pas un sentiment facile à atteindre.Lancien lot 8 a toujours eu la mise en uvre la plus stratégique de cette partie du projet. Cest lun des 5 lots doubles qui envisage une pure implantation à lest/ouest (comme cest le cas ici dans les 3 chambres) et en même temps celui qui a lemplacement privilégié dêtre dans le quota le plus élevé de cette zone du projet, ce qui lui donne plus de lumière, plus dintimité et lui permet dêtre la frontière entre le terrain de golf et les autres blocs. Je veux dire par là que même si à lavenir 7 blocs supplémentaires (25 bâtiments) peuvent être construits, ce cadre total de mise en uvre ne sera atteint dans aucun dentre eux et cest spécial.Cet appartement de 3 chambres a des zones très bien distribuées.
