Another differentiating aspect is the saltwater pool, which has benches literally in the water.

Op Monte do Carmo vindt u 10 houten bungalows, vergelijkbaar met de Scandinavische modellen, ontworpen voor twee personen en omlijst door een hoofdgebouw met een unieke architectuur met dergelijke nautische invloeden.
De kleine huisjes zijn uitgerust met een tweepersoonsbed, een badkamer met douche en een kitchenette met kookplaat, koelkast en magnetron.
Ook een huis met 2 verdiepingen, waar op de bovenverdieping, op een oppervlakte van 189 m2, we een lounge in open ruimte kunnen vinden, de receptie, woon- en eetkamer, bar, sanitaire voorzieningen en ook 1 T1 appartement, volledig uitgerust.Op de benedenverdieping hebben we, naast een grote garage (115 m2), een wasruimte, een zwembad machinekamer en een wijnkelder.
Het is echter buiten dat de grootste verrassing van dit plattelandstoerisme te vinden is: een kleine en eigenaardige jachthaven op de top van een heuvel waar de zeilboot staat die de onderneming zijn naam geeft.
