Unsere Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock und ist mit einer Gemeinschaftskläranlage ausgestattet. Wir betreten durch einen gläsernen Eingang und gelangen mit dem Aufzug in den Eingangsbereich: Ein großer, von Ost nach West belichteter Wohnbereich mit herrlichem Blick auf die Lagune, eine Küchenzeile und ein schöner Holzfußboden verleihen der Wohnung Eleganz. Bevor wir in den Schlafbereich gehen, treten wir auf die kleine Terrasse hinaus, um das Panorama der Lagune zu genießen: zwei Stühle und ein kleiner Tisch, wir und die Lagune. Wir kehren zurück, in der Gewissheit, dass die Wohnung uns andere Gefühle schenken wird. Dann gehen wir in den Schlafbereich; das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick lässt uns von einem großen Erwachen träumen. Dann geht es weiter zum Badezimmer, das groß und hell ist. Unser Besuch ist noch nicht zu Ende, denn eine Tür neben dem Eingang führt zu einer privaten Treppe, die uns direkt auf das Dach des Gebäudes bringt: Vor uns öffnet sich eine große Poolterrasse im vierten Stock, deren Größe an eine vielseitige Nutzung denken lässt, große Tische, eine Liegewiese oder eine große Outdoor-Lounge mit dekorativen Pflanzen, und das alles mit einem sensationellen Blick auf die gesamte Lagune: Von hier aus können wir atemberaubende Sonnenuntergänge bewundern, mit Blick auf den Lido und die anderen Inseln, und auf der anderen Seite über die Dächer von Venedig mit seinen wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Dieser Wohnsitz ist einzigartig, die Lagune und ihr Licht verbinden sich visuell mit dem Anwesen, die Terrassen schaffen intime und angenehme Situationen, während der Kontakt mit der Natur draußen erhalten bleibt.

natura della laguna. La nostra proprietà si trova al terzo piano ed è dotata di ascensore condominiale. Entriamo in appartamento: una grande zona giorno ci si apre, illuminata da est a ovest con grandi affacci sulla laguna, un angolo cottura e un bellissimo pavimento in legno riempie di eleganza l'immobile. Prima di
passare alla zona notte, usciamo nel piccolo terrazzino a notare il panorama lagunare: due sedie e un piccolo tavolino, noi e la laguna. Passiamo quindi alla zona notte; la camera matrimoniale con vista ci fà sognare un ottimo risveglio. Passiamo poi nel bagno, ampio e luminoso. La nostra visita non ha ancora
finito di darci emozioni, una porta affianco all'entrata ci apre ad una rampa di scale privata che ci porta direttamente sul tetto del palazzo: una grande terrazza a vasca al quarto piano ci si apre di fronte a noi, la dimensione ci fà pensare a molteplici usi, grandi tavolate, una zona solarium oppure un grande salotto esterno con piante decorative, il tutto con un sensazionale panorama di tutta la laguna: da qui si possono ammirare dei tramonti mozzafiato, con lo sguardo volto fino al Lido e alle altre isole e dall'altro lato sui tetti di Venezia, la cupola della Salute e il campanile di San Marco. Questa dimora è unica nel suo genere, la laguna e la sua luce si connettono in maniera viscerale alla proprietà, le terrazze creano situazioni intime mantenendo il rapporto col paesaggio lagunare.

We enter through a glass entrance and take the lift to reach the entrance: a large living area opens up to us, lit from east to west with great views of the lagoon, a kitchenette and a beautiful wooden floor fill the property with elegance. Before moving on to the sleeping area, we step out onto the small terrace to take in the lagoon panorama: two chairs and a small table, us and the lagoon. We return, confident that the flat will give us other emotions. We then move on to the sleeping area; the master bedroom with a view makes us dream of a great awakening. We then move on to the bathroom, which is large and bright. Our visit has not yet finished giving us emotions, a door next to the entrance opens to a private flight of stairs which takes us directly to the roof of the building: a large pool terrace on the fourth floor opens up in front of us, its size makes us think of multiple uses, large tables, a sunbathing area or a large outdoor lounge with decorative plants, all with a sensational view of the entire lagoon: from here we can admire breathtaking sunsets, with our gaze turned up to the Lido and the other islands, and on the other side over the rooftops of Venice, with its main monuments. This residence is unique, the lagoon and its light connect viscerally to the property, the terraces create intimate and pleasant situations, while maintaining contact with nature outside.
