The area: Supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, doctors can be reached within 2 minutes. The forest with beautiful sunset views can be reached in 8 minutes by walking and the train station can be reached in 4 minutes by car or 8 minutes with public transport. The area is busy during the day and quiet at night.

Die Nachbarschaft: Supermärkte, Bäckereien, eine Apotheke und Ärzte können innerhalb von 2 Minuten erreicht werden. Der Wald ist auch nicht weit entfernt (ca 8 Minuten) mit schönem Sonnenuntergang-Ausblick. Der Bahnhof kann mit dem Auto in 4 Minuten und mit dem Bus in 8 Minuten erreicht werden.
