Der Balkon (9 Qadratmeter) zeigt ins Grüne mit Blick auf den großen Gemeinschaftsgarten. Die Wohnung liegt in grüner Umgebung in einem guten Bezirk, ist aber dennoch zentral: 2 min zum nächsten Bus 3 min zum Spar, Auer, Apotheke, Fitnesscenter 5 min Billa 8 Min mit dem Rad zur Karl Franzens Uni 15 min mit dem Bus zur Karl Franzens Uni Es gibt einen Fahrradkeller und Parkplätze direkt vor dem Wohnhaus. Rauchen ist nur am Balkon, nicht in der Wohnung erlaubt Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt
