If you are looking for a loving, personal alternative to the hotel, because just a professional project on time, the issue of probation, renovation of your own apartment, separation or similar, then we are happy if you want to become our tenant! We have taken care of everything, you only need to bring your personal belongings and then the feeling of well-being can begin... FACILITIES - 2 rooms, kitchen-living room, bathroom, terrace with garden furniture - approx. 45 sqm - Underfloor heating on the ground floor (living room/ kitchen/ bathroom) - Openly visible beams of the old barn with special charm - fully equipped kitchen, small storage room - Towels, bed linen - TV (incl. Magenta TV) - W-Lan (home office capable) - Washing machine & dryer, vacuum cleaner - Double bed for 2 persons on the upper floor as well as a desk - garden facing south, with view on old trees and small side street - ground level entrance door & bathroom, bedroom on the upper floor with open staircase - terrace with garden furniture - a bicycle is available for free The apartment is professionally cleaned every two weeks during the long-term rental.
