It was completely new in the basement, lovingly furnished with a new kitchen and furniture, well equipped and was completed at the beginning of 2024. It is located in a small settlement that is within walking distance (about 12 minutes) from the town centre. In the centre of the village there are enough supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants, etc. The apartment has its own parking space right next to the house and its own house entrance. If you come by electric car, you have the possibility to charge at 4 public charging stations in the centre. Wi-Fi, MagentaTV, are available. Sie ist im Souterrain komplett neu entstanden, liebevoll mit neuer Küche und Möbeln eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und wurde Anfang 2024 fertiggestellt. Sie befindet sich in einer kleinen Siedlung, die fußläufig (ca. 12min) vom Ortskern entfernt ist. Im Ortskern befinden sich ausreichend Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Apotheken, Restaurants etc. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Stellplatz direkt neben dem Haus und über einen eigenen Hauseingang. Wer mit dem E-Auto kommt, hat die Möglichkeit im Zentrum an 4 öffentlichen Ladestation zu Laden. Wi-Fi, MagentaTV, sind verfügbar. Wer mit Kindern anreist hat die Möglichkeit die Schlaffunktion der Couch zu nutzen, somit ist für bis zu vier Personen Platz.
