Es ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, u.a. mit einer großen Küche, Beamer, Fitnessmöglichkeit, etc. Zwei Schlafzimmer (Bettenbreite 220cm und 160cm), sowie zwei Bäder im Obergeschoss. Im Erdgeschoss steht die geräumige Küche, das Wohnzimmer und eine kleine Toilette zur Verfügung. Es gibt das dritte Schlafzimmer (Bettenbreite 200) und den Fitnessraum und ein weiteres Bad im Keller des Hauses. Ganz auf dem Land, direkt neben einem kleinen Wäldchen, kann man die Ruhe ganz besonders genießen. Trotzdem ist man schnell in München, bei den Autobahnen A9, A92 und A99 sowie beim Flughafen. Direkt vor der Haustür steht kostenlos das Carport zur Verfügung. Die S-Bahn Richtung Münchner Innenstadt oder Richtung Flughafen erreicht man in ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ebenso ist man in jeweils ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto beim Flughafen oder in München. Auch ist man schnell auf der A99 und damit auf dem Weg zur Messe München. Wenn man von der S-Bahn aus ein Taxi nimmt, zahlt man ca. 15 Euro, wenn man von der nördlichen Innenstadt(Schwabing) aus ein Taxi nimmt, zahlt man ca. 45 Euro. Wenn ihr zur Haustür hereinkommt, geht das Licht automatisch an und später auch wieder automatisch aus. Das Haus hat eine automatische Lüftungsanlage, dementsprechend ist das Öffnen der Fenster über einen längeren Zeitraum weder nötig noch erwünscht! Es findet ein automatischer Luftaustausch in allen Räumen statt! Die Infos zum Herd, der Spülmaschine und zum Backofen liegen in der Schublade rechts vom Herd. If you take a taxi from the S-Bahn (suburban train), you pay approximately 15 Euro, if you take a taxi from the northern city centre (Schwabing), you pay approximately 45 Euro.
